T&Cs, Shipping & Returns
We use flat rate express shipping via courier on all orders.
We use an array of couriers to ensure your speedy delivery. Our couriers have authority to leave your parcel without you being home and WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES or PARCEL BOXES. Your delivery may be delayed until a physical street address is supplied.
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse so you can track your item. Once your order has been dispatched, please liaise with the courier company regarding your parcel's delivery.
For international orders, please note some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge upon arrival in your country. The Little Sage does not control this and therefore is unable to advise you on such charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned and The Little Sage will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and The Little Sage will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
All physical orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in 24-48 hours from your order being placed.
Our warehouse operates Mon-Fri, during regular business hours. Orders placed outside these hours (ie overnight or on weekends) will be processed on the next business day.
We do not offer click and collect orders and our warehouse is not open to the public.
Due to the nature of our digital products, The Little Sage does not offer returns or refunds on any digital product, such as meditations and online courses.
